The Moderators/Event Officers are listed first and marked paid because they are getting free admission from now on as a thank you for their loyalty and help with the forum and events. They do their part to help the forum with no payment, strictly volunteer.

RELEASE FORM COMPLETELY FILLED OUT WITH YOUR REMITTANCE OF $50. Personal checks excepted from all entrants. You are responsible for any fees incurred from bad checks both on your side as well as mine. It costs me $30 if I deposit a bad check from one of you. Don't ask me why? I didn't write it.

YOUR NAME WILL BE POSTED AND APPEAR NEXT IN LINE AS I RECEIVE YOUR RELEASE FORM COMPLETELY FILLED OUT AND SIGNED WITH PROPER PAYMENT. IF YOU DESIRE A PARTICULAR NUMBER, PLEASE WRITE THAT # IN THE UPPER RIGHT CORNER OF YOUR RELEASE FORM. IF THAT SPOT IS AVAILABLE WHEN I RECEIVE YOUR RELEASE FORM, IT WILL BE YOURS. NO GUARANTEES.

Once on the Roster, Entry fees are none refundable. If you have a last minute reason that you can't make the hunt, your entry fee will be credited towards the next forum event you attend
I make commitments according to how many have signed up. I only have the fees you pay to put on the event. It's only fair for the rest to continue with the plans that the fees have set in motion.

Because Henry was kind enough to donate a machine to the forum. All those purchasing chances are shown below with the number of chances in quotations.

Best if luck to the fall hunt detectorists.  Wish I could be there but this year I am the care giver for my Dad and he comes first over hunting.... after all he bought me my first detector
